At Stacknova, we've implemented a meticulous two-phase approach to conducting Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs). Our system is designed to encourage strong commitment from our SNOVA community and maximize the potential for projects to achieve their fundraising goals successfully.
Registration & Eligibility
The Guaranteed Allocation round is exclusively for our top-tier members: Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond tiers.
Registration for this round opens one week prior to the IDO and closes 24 hours before its commencement.
As a special initiative, a select number of Silver, Gold, and Sapphire tier members can earn a spot in this round through participation in various social campaigns.
Round Duration & Process
This initial round lasts for a 24-hour window, allowing eligible members to invest with a guaranteed allocation.
The allocation size is predetermined and based on the user’s tier and staking points.
Open Access & Risks
The FCFS round is open to all KYC-verified tier members, offering a broader chance for participation in the IDO.
No prior registration is required; however, the nature of this round means availability is based on remaining token supply post Phase 1.
Round Duration & Completion
This round is set to run for 12 hours, subject to availability of tokens.
If the IDO's maximum capacity is reached in the Guaranteed Allocation round, the FCFS round will be deemed unnecessary and thus cancelled.
